Curevac, originally known as Frame Therapeutics, was the first residents of Hid. After making significant strides in RNA technology, the company was acquired in June 2022. Over time, Curevac grew beyond its early stages and expanded its influence in the biotech industry, focusing on mRNA-based therapies and vaccines.They were an active part of our community from [start date] until [end date].

BISC global

BISC Global was a prominent member of Hid, contributing its expertise in bioinformatics, biostatistics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Known for its innovative data analysis and pipeline development services, BISC Global helped advance various life science projects during its time on campus. The company was part of our community from [start date] until [end date]. After leaving Hid, BISC Global continued to grow and was later acquired by Excelra, forming an international bioinformatics powerhouse. This acquisition took place shortly after their departure from the campus, marking a new chapter in their journey of innovation and industry leadership.

GGD Amsterdam Streeklaboratorium

GGD Amsterdam Streeklaboratorium joined Hid as a vital player in the field of medical microbiology. They specialized in detecting pathogens, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and respiratory viruses like the flu, as well as other infectious diseases. At the beginning of their time on campus, GGD Amsterdam played a crucial role in conducting COVID-19 tests. When some of their temporary testing locations closed, they needed a new space, and Hid provided the flexibility and speed required to continue their essential work. Their presence on campus helped them maintain their commitment to protecting public health in Amsterdam. GGD Amsterdam was part of the Hid community from [start date] until [end date].
