General Information & Registration

Our events are open to all members and partners of the Health & Innovation District (HID), as well as other professionals in the sector.
Specific target group information is provided on the event page.

You can register via our official event page.
There, you will find all the details about the registration process and any associated fees.

Most events are open to all ages unless stated otherwise.
Some networking events or gatherings serving alcoholic beverages may have an 18+ age restriction.
Costs vary per event.
Some events are free for HID members, while others require a registration fee.
Pricing details and possible discounts are listed on the event page.
This depends of the event.
If guests are allowed, this will be mentioned in the event details.
Additional costs may apply.
Your registration generally includes access to all scheduled sessions, networking moments, and catering (if applicable).

Payments & Cancellations

We accept payments via iDeal and credit card.

Yes, provided the replacement meets the same participation requirements.
Please send the visitor’s details to contact@hid.amsterdam.
You can cancel via your ticket confirmation email or by emailing contact@hid.amsterdam.
The refund policy and deadlines vary per event and are stated on the event page.

Location & Transportation

Our events are hosted at various locations within HID and occasionally outside the district.
The main location is Plesmanlaan 125, 1066 CX Amsterdam. The exact location is specified on the event page.

We encourage sustainable travel options. If you live nearby, consider walking or cycling. HID is also well-connected by public transport.

Public Transport

HID is easy to reach from Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Take the metro from Sloterdijk to Heemstedestraat or Henk Sneevlietweg, and you’ll arrive in just 7 minutes.
From there, it’s a short walk to HID.

Other convenient connections include tram and bus stops at Johan Huizingalaan and Louwesweg.
If you’re traveling by train via Lelylaan, you can reach HID in just a few minutes. Plan your journey via 9292.nl.

Parking

HID event visitors can park in the De Plantijn parking garage for a fee.

 

Parking location
The parking lot and parking building are located at Louwesweg 12. From the entrance on Plesmanlaan, the parking area is 200 meters on the right.
From the Louwesweg entrance, it is 500 meters on the left. On-site signage clearly indicates the route.

Fees

  • €60* per hour for the first hour.
  • After that, €26* per 6 minutes.
  • The first 15 minutes are free.
  • The maximum daily rate is €80*.
    (*subject to change)

Depending on your destination, you may be eligible for a discounted parking rate.
Please check with the institution or company you are visiting.

 

Disabled parking:
Special parking spaces (P1 and P2) for people with disabilities are available on the outdoor parking lot of the parking building.
These spots are directly accessible from the main road and are free of charge.

Additional Information

Yes, free WiFi is available.
