RENT A SHARED LAB SPACE @ THE HEALTH & INNOVATION DISTRICT

The Shared Lab Space offers a lab workspace within a professional, shared laboratory environment at Health & Innovation District Amsterdam (HID). You work alongside other researchers and entrepreneurs, while having your own 12 m² dedicated lab space to develop and grow your research or company.
In addition to the lab, you get access to a flex workspace in the Shared Office, shared meeting rooms and campus facilities. This setup allows you to combine experimental work, collaboration and daily operations in one location. You become part of an international community of start-ups, scale-ups and established companies active in Red Biotech.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

12 m² lab workspace.
€ 900 per month, excl. VAT.
Reduced all-in price, including service and campus costs.
No hidden or additional fees.
Minimum contract duration: 1 year.
Notice period: 3 months.
